Design is at the heart of our business.
As a company we are always researching and developing new products. We invest heavily in design and sampling to achieve what our customers require and also to develop our own ranges. Design plays an integral part in developing new business and is vital in creating new products, ranges and colour ways with existing customers.
After graduating from UMIST with a BSc (Hons) degree in Textile Design and Design Management, Joanna Brockbank our Design Manager has worked in the textile industry for over 15 years; developing fabrics for both Jacquard and Dobby looms.
Using the latest CAD software, we are able to translate ideas and sketches into beautiful Jacquard woven fabrics. With Joanna’s extensive weave knowledge we can take a new idea from concept to final product in a relatively short time scale. On occasion we have been known to take a design from paper to fabric in less than 1 day.

A note from our Design Manager…
I have been working in Textiles now for many years. I am very lucky to work in an environment that I love, full of colour, design and creativity. Every day brings a new challenge, therefore every day is different. One day we might be designing for the catwalk, then next for a sofa. Our product range is so diverse, that it offers variety on a daily basis. Whilst we are always researching and developing new products, we are also busy working to customer briefs, creating fabrics for their new season collections. Working closely with our production team, we are always looking at sourcing new yarns which has lead to us weaving fibres such as cashmere, hemp and bamboo alongside our cotton, linen and viscose.
Please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a meeting if you would like to discuss a bespoke product as we would be more than happy to help.
