Furnishing fabrics have been woven at S Dawes Weaving Ltd for many years, and continue to be the mainstay of our operations at Greenhill Mill. During the past 10 years however, the company has channelled its operations towards more high end, complex, jacquard designs, and we are now established as one of the very best jacquard weavers of high quality, wool, chenille, linen and cotton fabrics in the UK.
We have recently invested in the latest state-of-the art weave CAD system from Nedgraphics. This will assist us with the fabric production utilising some of the latest time saving features in fabric design and creation. We will also be able to simulate fabrics in different yarn counts and colours prior to weaving.
Alongside our fabric production, we can now offer (trade only) throws in both lambswool and 100% cotton as a finished product. Please contact us for more details / MOQ.
We are currently using the following yarns in various yarn counts for both warp and weft ….
- Indian Combed Cotton
